What’s Shaping Public Services Performance? A Research Perspective

In a rapidly changing policy environment, demand on local governments to deliver adequate public services is high. Research findings from the ESRC Public Services Programme were bought to the seminar and disseminated to local authority policy makers and practitioners. It is hoped that the knowledge exchange will encourage greater collaboration between researchers and local authorities, and ultimately contribute to evidence based policy improving management and delivery of public services.
